This is a condominium common area cleaning position in Nakano Ward, Tokyo, accessible from Shin-Nakano Station, offered by a TSE Growth Market-listed staffing company specializing in senior workforce placement. Tasks include floor sweeping and mopping, window wiping, garbage collection, and tidying of shared spaces - the same skills used in everyday housekeeping, so no special experience or qualifications are needed. The fixed shift runs Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 07:30 to 10:30, finishing by mid-morning and leaving the rest of the day free for personal activities.
