Late night hall and kitchen staff at Sukiya Hiroshima Horikoshi branch in Minami-ku, Hiroshima. Duties include serving customers, operating the register, preparing simple menu items, and cleaning. The restaurant uses a self-order system so taking orders is easy and stress-free. This is a deep night shift from 22:00 to 05:00 with a calm and relaxed working environment. Full training and manuals are provided so even first-time workers can start with confidence. Car commuting is available and the shift system is based on a self-reported fixed schedule.
