Work as service staff at a NESPRESSO concept shop where customers can experience capsule coffee machines. You introduce around 70 kinds of coffee with stories of their country of origin and roasting methods, helping customers experience the machines and the taste. Most visitors are already interested or considering a purchase, and the brand is well known, so customer service is easy. Training covers machine use, capsule flavors, and service methods, so it is reassuring even for beginners. The shop is a premium home coffee store by the global brand Nespresso.
