Job Description:

This is a customer service position at a historic, refined hot spring ryokan in the Gero Onsen area, established in the early Showa era. You will warmly welcome and see off guests, serve meals and clear tables afterward, and prepare guest rooms so visitors can relax comfortably. Instructors teach the work carefully, and the site has a bright, lively atmosphere where staff from their teens to their 40s are active. This is a day-shift-only position with no overtime and a mid-shift break from 10:00 to 16:00, making it easy to balance with private life. You will wear a uniform, and hair color must stay within a natural, subdued range.

Wage:

1,260円 (per hour) 1,260円 <br />Overtime rate: 1,575円 (note: no overtime in this role). Referral allowance available (you&me bonus, up to a combined 60,000円).
