Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Marugame Seimen Ion Moru Kakamigahara Inta-ten, an udon and soba restaurant operated by Toridoll Holdings on the 3rd floor of Aeon Mall Kakamigahara Inter in Gifu. Duties include udon cooking and plating, tempura and onigiri preparation, cashier operation, dishwashing (using a dishwasher machine), hall clearing, and store cleaning. Detailed training (研修 kenshuu) is provided step by step; no experience is needed and career gap returners are welcome. Shifts run 07:00-22:00 with weekly schedule submission; as little as 3 hours per day from 2 days per week is acceptable, with a minimum contract of 3 months. Hair style and colour are freely chosen (髪型・髪色自由 kamigata kamishoku jiyuu). Native-level Japanese is preferred as this is a customer-facing role at a busy Japanese chain restaurant.
