Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Marugame Seimen EQUiA Kita-Senju-ten, an udon and soba restaurant on the 2nd floor concourse of Tobu Kita-Senju Station in Adachi ward, Tokyo -- no need to go outside even in rain or heat. Duties include hall clearing and cleaning, dishwashing, register operation, and cooking (udon, tempura, rice dishes); roles are divided so each task can be learned step by step. Shifts run 05:30-24:00; late-night hours from 22:00 attract a 25% deep-night premium. From 3 hours per day, 2 days per week with weekly schedule submission; minimum contract of 3 months. Hair style and colour are freely chosen (髪型・髪色自由 kamigata kamishoku jiyuu), subject to store rules confirmed at interview. Native-level Japanese is preferred as this is a customer-facing role at a busy Japanese chain restaurant.
