Job Description:

This is a food packing role at a retort food manufacturing factory in Nishi Ward, Kobe, handling the bagging process for care-food (介護食 kaigo-shoku) products. Duties include machine-based packing, assisting with machine operation, washing machines, tools and equipment, and temperature-checking and inspecting products. Work takes place in a clean room, and a free all-you-can-eat buffet lunch is available every day in the staff canteen. The shift runs 10:00-19:00 on a 5-day rotation with 2 days off (days negotiable, weekends not fixed), and overtime is minimal. Free parking is available and car commuting is permitted. A daily payment (日払い hibarai) system is available via smartphone, with funds receivable in as little as 5 minutes after approval. New hires relocating to the area receive a 20,000-yen digital gift card, and working hours accumulate as points exchangeable for UT Group shares.
