Job Description:

Marugame Seimen is a popular udon and tempura chain where you will work across hall service, kitchen cooking, and dishwashing (洗い場 araiba) duties depending on your position and shift. The Iidabashi Sakura Terrace branch is on the 3rd floor of Iidabashi Gran Bloom in Chiyoda Ward, a 1-minute walk from Iidabashi Station on the JR Sobu/Chuo Line. Weekday shifts run 09:00-23:00 and weekend and holiday shifts 09:00-22:00, with hours and days fully negotiable — from 4 hours a day. Late-night hours after 22:00 carry a legally required deep-night wage premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for 120 yen per sitting up to 800 yen worth, and the family canteen system (家族食堂制度 kazoku-shokudo-seido) provides up to 10,000 yen per month in free meals for children aged 15 and under. The Toridoll group employee discount of up to 25% applies at all group restaurants and is available to family and friends.
