Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen role at Marugame Seimen, Toridoll's popular udon chain, located inside Aeon Mall Nara Tomigaoka in Ikoma City. Work is divided into clearly defined tasks -- hall tidying, dishwashing, register, and cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes -- so each job can be done efficiently even by first-time workers. Weekday shifts run 07:00-18:00 and weekend shifts run 07:00-22:00, with flexible scheduling available for homemakers, students, and those returning after a career gap. The family canteen system (家族食堂制度 kazoku-shokudo-seido) provides children aged 15 and under with up to 10,000 yen per month in free meals. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for 120 yen per meal (worth up to 800 yen). Toridoll Group employee discount of up to 25% applies at group restaurants, and family and friends can also use the discount. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is covered up to 50,000 yen per month including petrol costs for car and bike commuters. Native-level Japanese ability is required. Minimum contract period of 3 months.
