Job Description:
Work as hall or kitchen staff at Yoiteba, a newly opened izakaya in central Hiroshima, 5 minutes walk from Hondori Station and opening from 7 July. As an opening staff member you will be joining from day one in a relaxed atmosphere where everyone starts fresh together — first-time job seekers and new students are warmly welcomed. Shifts run between 12:00 and 06:00 the following morning, with entries as late as 23:00 accepted; the store operates until 06:00 but the schedule is arranged with last train times in mind. The opening hourly rate of 1,300円 applies for approximately the first month, after which the standard rate of 1,180円 applies, with ongoing performance-based salary reviews. Late-night work after 22:00 earns 1.25x the base rate (approx. 1,625円 during the opening period). Hair colour, nail art and piercings are all permitted.
