Job Description:

Marugame Seimen is a popular udon chain restaurant, and this location sits on the second floor of Super Viva Home Toyosu in Koto Ward, Tokyo, a 4-minute walk from Toyosu Station. Staff work across hall and kitchen duties including greeting customers, taking orders, boiling and plating udon, cooking tempura and rice dishes, cashier work, dishwashing and in-store cleaning. Tasks are divided into focused roles so each one is straightforward to learn, with step-by-step training (kenshuu) provided - no experience is needed. Two shift blocks are available: 09:00-15:00 and 18:00-22:00, with a late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applying from 22:00. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120 yen for up to 800 yen worth of food per meal. A family canteen scheme provides up to 10,000 yen per month per child (under 15) for eligible employees. Toridoll Group staff discount of up to 25% applies at all group restaurants for staff and their families. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is covered up to 50,000 yen per month. Minimum contract period of 3 months.

Wage:

1,400円 (per hour) Late-night allowance 25% from 22:00. Salary increase system in place. Bonus system available.
