Job Description:

Packing and picking work with frozen foods at a factory in Funabashi City. Duties include taking raw materials out of boxes and bags and placing them into dedicated containers, writing lot numbers and expiry dates onto record sheets, and simple cleaning after work. Raw materials weighing up to 20 kilograms are carried, and sorting and mixer work may be added later. All work takes place inside a clean room and the tasks can be learned within a month. Shifts are day shifts only, 08:00 to 16:30 with a 60 minute break, and days off are Sundays and public holidays plus adjustment days following the company calendar, with long breaks at Golden Week, summer and winter. A daily payment system (日払い hibarai) lets you apply by smartphone and receive part of your earned wages as early as the next day. A furnished one-room dormitory is available with up to 50,000 yen of housing support for those with 90 percent attendance, relocation travel costs are covered, and there is a shuttle bus from Funabashi Station.

Wage:

1,500円 (per hour) Hourly rate of 1,470円 during the two week trial period and six month training period. Example monthly income of 230,000 to 250,000 yen.
