Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen role at Toridoru Kakogawa, a yakitori and Japanese family restaurant in Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture, operated by Toridoll Holdings. Weekday shifts run 09:00-16:00; weekend and public holiday shifts run 09:00-23:30, with a minimum of 3 hours per day and 2 days per week (shift system, shifuto-sei). Duties include customer greeting, register operations, yakitori skewering and grilling, food prep, dishwashing, and store cleaning; all menus have full recipes and a trainer supports new staff throughout. Weekend and public holiday rate is 1,250 yen per hour; a 25% late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are 120 yen per meal, covering yakitori bowls, fried chicken sets, and other menu items; takeaway is also permitted. Every 1,000 cumulative hours worked earns a 10-yen hourly increase (cap applies); trainer promotion reaches up to 1,350 yen per hour. A minimum contract period of 3 months applies; no resume required at interview.
