Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Mekiki no Ginji Wako-shi Minamiguchi Ekimae, a lively izakaya run by Monteroza, a 2-minute walk from Wako-shi Station. Hall staff handle customer seating, food and drink service, table resets, cashier work, and simple drink preparation; customers order via tablet or QR code so no order-taking by ear is required. Kitchen staff start with dishwashing and simple plating before progressing to food prep and cooking assistance; knife skills are taught from scratch. Two shift patterns are available: a full open-to-close slot (11:30-05:00) and a lunch slot (11:30-15:00) -- even 3 hours and 1 day a week is fine. Late-night shifts from 22:00 earn a deep-night premium (shinya-teate 深夜手当); pay is calculated to the minute and an advance pay system is available. High school students are not eligible due to late-night hours; staff must be 20 or over to work in the designated smoking room. A minimum contract of 3 months applies.
