Job Description:
This is a container transport and warehouse role at a fermented food factory in Kibichuo-cho, Okayama, producing well-known products sold as staple items in supermarkets nationwide. The main task is moving containers within the factory; related sorting, packing, and outbound handling work is also assigned as needed. The rotation is 3 days on, 1 day off — specific days off cannot be requested, so applicants should be comfortable with a rotating rest-day schedule. Overtime is frequent at 20 or more hours per month for those wanting to maximise earnings. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available, and no resume or in-person visit is required — web registration only. Full training support is provided; beginners are welcome.
