Job Description:

This is a chocolate sales and customer service role at a premium Swiss chocolate brand's counter inside Urawa Corso shopping centre, just 1 minute on foot from the west exit of Urawa Station. You will offer tasting samples to customers, sell chocolates by weight (1 piece at a time if requested), operate the register, handle app-based loyalty points, replenish stock, and manage merchandise. The brand has a history of over 60 years and is popular worldwide for seasonal limited flavours — you will introduce this well-loved product to customers through friendly conversation and tasting experiences. Shifts include weekends and public holidays as part of the standard rotation (4-5 days per week); full training and ongoing support are provided. Some prior retail or customer service experience is preferred. High school graduate or above is required. A 10% Daimaru Matsuzakaya department store shopping discount is available to all staff.

Wage:

1,550円 (per hour) Monthly income example: 240,000+ yen (1,550 yen x 7.5h x 21 days). Full annual health checkup. Paid leave.
