Job Description:
Join the hall and kitchen team at Marugame Seimen in Furukawa, Osaki, Miyagi — a popular udon chain restaurant serving weekday office workers and weekend families in a warm, community-focused atmosphere. Shifts cover daytime hours only (08:00-18:00), with no late-night work, making this a comfortable fit for those balancing home life or study. Tasks are divided into small, manageable duties so each person can build skills step by step with thorough training (研修 kenshuu) provided from day one. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for just 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen worth, and wages are calculated to the minute. A minimum contract period of 3 months is required. Native-level Japanese is required as this role involves customer-facing service.
