Job Description:
Sort and inspect automotive parts at a factory in Hiroshima's Minami ward, working a two-shift rotation on a dispatch basis. Tasks include loading boxes of parts onto pallets, verifying contents using a handheld scanner, and sorting empty boxes and waste materials — straightforward, repeat work with handheld device operation. Two shifts are available: day (08:15-17:00) or night (20:15-05:39 overnight); night shift has no overtime and the statutory deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00. Saturday work occurs approximately once or twice per month as designated by the company; otherwise weekends are off. Immediate pay service allows a portion of earned wages to be received daily (minimum 5 days after working). Native-level Japanese is required for this role.
