Job Description:

Work as hall or kitchen staff at Uotami Urayasu Ekimae, a lively izakaya run by Monteroza, just 1 minute from Urayasu Station in Chiba. Hall staff guide customers to seats, serve food and drinks, handle payments, and prepare simple drinks including beer; customer orders are placed via self-order tablet or QR code, so strong Japanese listening ability is not essential. Kitchen staff start with dishwashing and simple plating, progressing to basic preparation and cooking assistance; knife skills are taught from scratch. Shifts run from 17:00 to 03:00 (overnight), with late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applied after 22:00. Advance payment (前払い maepayoi) is available and wages are calculated to the minute. High school students are not eligible due to the late-night shift hours. Staff working in the designated smoking room must be aged 20 or over.

Wage:
