Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Mekiki no Ginji, a casual izakaya located one minute from JR Utsunomiya Station's west exit. Hall staff handle seating guests, serving food and drinks, table resets, and simple drink preparation such as beer. Orders are placed by customers via tablet or QR self-order system (セルフオーダー), so strong Japanese listening skills are not required. Kitchen staff start with dishwashing and plating, then progress to basic food prep and cooking assistance. No cooking experience is needed as training is provided from the basics, including knife skills (研修 kenshuu). Pay is calculated to the minute and an advance pay system (前払い maebarai) is available so you can access wages before payday. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies for hours worked from 22:00 onward. Staff meals are available at 50% off (まかない makanai). Hair colour is free choice provided you look well-groomed; nail and earring policies apply for hall staff only. A minimum contract period of 3 months applies.

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) Training period rate: 1,068円. Late-night allowance (深夜手当) applies from 22:00 onward. Transport allowance up to 2,000 yen per day.
