Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Furukawa Nakajima, a udon and tempura chain restaurant in Osaki City, Miyagi. Tasks are divided into focused roles: hall tidying, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), register operation (レジ), and preparation and cooking of udon, tempura, and rice dishes. You can learn one task at a time and build skills gradually. Shifts are available from 08:00 on weekdays and weekends; a 25% late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00 onward. Staff meals are available for just 120 yen per serving, covering up to 800 yen worth of food (まかない makanai). Transport allowance is paid up to 50,000 yen per month including fuel costs for car and motorbike commuters. A family canteen scheme (家族食堂制度) provides staff with children aged 15 and under up to 10,000 yen per child per month in food credit. Toridoll group restaurant discount of up to 25% applies for staff and their families. Hair colour and style are free choice (within store guidelines). A minimum contract period of 3 months applies.
