Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Tomioka, a udon and tempura chain restaurant in Tomioka City, Gunma, a 13-minute walk from Nishi-Tomioka Station on the Joshin Electric Railway. Tasks are divided into focused roles: welcoming guests, udon cooking and plating, tempura and onigiri preparation, register operation (レジ), dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), and store cleaning. You can start with the role that suits your strengths and build skills step by step. Weekday shifts run from 08:30 to 23:00; weekend shifts run from 18:00 to 23:00. A 25% late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00 onward. Staff meals are available for just 120 yen per serving, covering up to 800 yen worth of food (まかない makanai). Transport allowance is paid up to 50,000 yen per month including fuel costs for car and motorbike commuters. A family canteen scheme (家族食堂制度) provides staff with children aged 15 and under up to 10,000 yen per child per month in food credit.
