Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Nagata Honjohen Kobe Harborland umie, a Toridoll group yakisoba restaurant on the 4th floor of umie NORTH MALL in Kobe, 5 minutes on foot from Kobe Station and Harborland Station. Hall staff welcome guests, take orders for noodles and toppings, and operate the register (レジ). Kitchen staff assist with noodle cooking, iron plate cooking and toppings, and dishwashing. Cooking takes place on a visible iron plate, bringing direct reactions from guests. Full recipe manuals are provided for all menu items. Weekday shifts run from 08:00 to 18:00; weekend and holiday shifts run from 08:00 to 21:00. A weekend and holiday wage premium applies, raising the rate to 1,250 yen per hour on those days. Staff meals are available for 120 yen per serving regardless of shift time (まかない makanai). Transport allowance is paid up to 50,000 yen per month. A family canteen scheme (家族食堂制度) provides staff with children aged 15 and under up to 5,000 yen per child per month in food credit. Toridoll group restaurant discount of up to 25% applies for staff and their families. Japanese language ability at JLPT N2 level or equivalent is required for this customer-facing role. A minimum contract period of 3 months applies.

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) Weekend and public holiday premium: 1,250円/hour (土日祝給与UP). Transport allowance up to 50,000 yen/month. Salary increase based on performance evaluation system.
