Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Noda Hanshin, a udon and tempura chain restaurant on the ground floor of Noda Apura shopping mall, directly adjacent to Hanshin Noda Station in Fukushima-ku, Osaka. Tasks are divided into focused roles: welcoming guests, udon cooking and plating, tempura frying, onigiri and inari preparation, register operation (レジ), dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), and store cleaning. You can start with the role that suits your strengths and build skills step by step. Shifts run from 08:00 to 18:00 on weekdays only; weekends and public holidays off. Minimum commitment is just 2 hours a day and 1 day a week, making this ideal for those balancing family or other commitments. Staff meals are available for just 120 yen per serving, covering up to 800 yen worth of food (まかない makanai). Transport allowance is paid up to 50,000 yen per month. A family canteen scheme (家族食堂制度) provides staff with children aged 15 and under up to 10,000 yen per child per month in food credit. Toridoll group restaurant discount of up to 25% applies for staff and their families. Japanese language ability at JLPT N1 level or equivalent is required for this customer-facing role.
