Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Tenpura Makino Sakai Otori, a casual tempura teishoku restaurant in Sakai City, Osaka, operated by the Toridoll group. Hall staff welcome guests, handle register duties (touchscreen, simple operation), clear tables, and assist with dishwashing. Kitchen staff fry tempura (shrimp, vegetables and more) following timed cooking manuals — no prior cooking experience is needed. Weekday shifts run in the evening (18:00-22:30); weekend and holiday shifts cover the full day (09:00-22:30). A weekend and holiday wage premium raises the rate to 1,350 yen per hour. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00. Staff meals are available for 120 yen per serving regardless of shift time (まかない makanai). Transport allowance is paid up to 50,000 yen per month including motorbike fuel costs. A family canteen scheme (家族食堂制度) provides staff with children aged 15 and under up to 5,000 yen per child per month in food credit.
