Job Description:
Work in the kitchen of a hotel-attached cafe restaurant in central Sapporo, themed around fermentation and wellness. Duties cover the full range of kitchen support: food preparation, cooking assistance, plating, dishwashing, and cleaning. Advanced cooking skills are not required — a thorough manual and OJT training (研修 kenshuu) system is in place so beginners can start with confidence. The location is within walking distance of Sapporo Station, making commuting easy. Weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) is available under company rules. This is a long-term, stable position with a team-oriented workplace culture.
