Job Description:

Work as hall or kitchen staff at Uotami Ishinomaki Ekimae, a lively izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) one minute from Ishinomaki Station. Hall staff guide guests to seats, serve food and drinks, handle payments, and prepare simple drinks such as draft beer; customer orders are placed via tablet or QR self-order system, so listening pressure is low. Kitchen staff start with dishwashing and easy plating, progressing to basic prep and cooking assistance — knife skills are taught from scratch. Staff are mainly students and people in their 20s, making it easy to make friends quickly. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available and wages are calculated to the minute. A staff meal discount of 50% off menu items (まかない makanai) is provided. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00 onwards. Hair colour is unrestricted as long as you look presentable; ピアス and ネイル are permitted for hall staff within the stated rules. High school students cannot apply due to late-night shifts. Minimum contract period is 3 months.

Wage:
