This role covers all convenience store duties at FamilyMart Tachibana Higashi in Amagasaki, Hyogo, an 11-minute walk from Tachibana Station on the JR Tokaido/Sanyo Main Line. The shift runs from 23:00 to 07:00 overnight; the deep-night rate (深夜手当 shinya-teate, 23:00-05:00) is 1,395円/h, transitioning to the base rate of 1,116円/h from 05:00-07:00. Tasks include cashier work, product ordering, shelf arrangement, display creation, and store cleaning; the store manager and senior staff train beginners from scratch with a 5-day training period at the same rate.
