The work focuses on simple, repeatable tasks: applying stickers neatly to products, sorting goods by delivery route or store into cases, and picking items from shelves based on a printed list. Heavy lifting is minimal; the steps are straightforward and senior staff are close by for support, so beginners can settle in without concern. Standard pay is monthly (paid the 15th of the following month); an advance payment (前払い maebarai) on a portion of earnings can be arranged before payday on request. No resume is required; minimum contract period is 3 months; shift times are negotiable.
