Job Description:
This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Sendai Honcho, a 5-minute walk from Sendai Station, open across multiple shift options from early morning through late night. Duties cover all general convenience store operations: cashier and register work (レジ reji), product ordering, shelf stocking and layout, and store cleaning. Multiple shift time slots are available, ranging from early morning and daytime through to overnight, making this suitable for a wide range of schedules including short-time, weekday-only, and weekend-only options. The late-night shift (22:00-08:00) and shifts crossing 22:00 attract a deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate), bringing the effective rate to 1,313 yen per hour. An early-morning premium applies from 05:30-08:00 at 1,100 yen per hour. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided, and the store manager and experienced staff will support new starters carefully. Shifts after 22:00 are open to applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). A 30-day training period applies as standard for FamilyMart positions.
