Job Description:

This is a precision equipment logistics support role based near Midorino Station in Tsukuba, Ibaraki, working for a company with over 100 years of history delivering equipment to factories, corporate sites, and research facilities. Most of the working day is spent travelling by truck between sites; actual hands-on work is typically 2 to 3 hours per shift, with the rest being transit time — all counted as paid working hours at the full 1,550 yen rate. Tasks include assisting with loading and unloading precision equipment, carrying items to installation locations, packing and protective wrapping (梱包 konpou), preparing transport materials, and warehouse sorting and stock handling. Heavy items are always handled as a team; no solo heavy lifting is required. Four shift start times are available (06:00, 08:00, 11:00, 13:00), with the 13:00-22:00 slot crossing into the late evening. Weekend and public holidays are off, and the role is suited to long-term, stable employment. An advance pay system is available under set conditions.
