Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Uotami, an izakaya operated by Monteroza, located 3 minutes' walk from Inuyama Station in Aichi. Hall staff duties include seating guests, delivering food and drinks, resetting tables, handling payment, and preparing simple drinks including beer; customer orders are placed via tablet or QR self-order system, so strong Japanese listening ability is not required. Kitchen staff start with dishwashing and simple plating, then progress to basic food preparation and cooking assistance; knife skills are taught from scratch. The shift runs from 16:00 to 01:00 overnight, with late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applying for hours after 22:00. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 50% off the menu during shifts. An advance payment (前払い maebarai) system is available, and wages are calculated to the minute. High school students are not eligible for this role due to the late-night shift hours. Staff working in the smoking room must be aged 20 or over. A minimum contract period of 3 months is required.
