Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Kawaguchi, an udon restaurant on Route 332 in Kawaguchi, Saitama, 14 minutes' walk from Kawaguchi Station. Duties are divided into clear sections: hall tidying, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), cashier operations (レジ reji), and cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes in the kitchen. Shifts after 22:00 attract a 25% late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120 yen per meal, covering up to 800 yen worth of food. A family canteen system provides employees with children aged 15 and under up to 10,000 yen per child per month in free restaurant meals. Shifts are arranged weekly and can be tailored to suit your schedule, with weekday-only and weekend-only options both available.
