Job Description:

This is a fresh fish processing role at Marukawa, a fish counter inside Abeno Harukas department store in Osaka's Abeno ward, accessible from Tennoji Station and Osaka Abenobashi Station. Duties include fish preparation (下処理 shitashori), cutting into fillets, and preparing sashimi slices; tasks are assigned progressively based on your skill and experience. Prior seafood or fish processing experience is required; the rate varies from 1,450 to 1,550 yen per hour based on skill level. The shift is a fixed morning block (07:00-12:00, 5 hours actual work with no break), with minimal overtime under 5 hours per month, leaving afternoons free. Four to five days per week are available; weekend availability is welcomed. Weekly payment is available through Admic's advance system (up to 70% of earned wages). Uniform is provided; changing room, break room, and canteen are available on-site. No resume or in-person visit is required; a web interview can be arranged from home.
