Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Tonami, a udon restaurant chain operated by the Toridoll group, about 10 minutes walk from JR Tonami Station along Route 156. Duties are divided into small, manageable tasks - greeting customers, udon cooking and plating, tempura and rice ball preparation, cashier (レジ reji) operation, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba) using a dishwasher, and store cleaning. A thorough training (研修 kenshuu) system and recipe manuals are in place, so no prior experience is needed. Weekday regulars and weekend family groups both visit the store, and the atmosphere is warm and local. Weekend and holiday shifts pay 1,350 yen per hour, and from 22:00 the rate increases by a further 25% (深夜割増 shinya-warimashi). Shifts from just 1 day and 2 hours per day are available; minimum contract period is 3 months.
