Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Tempura Makino Himeji Hanada, a tempura restaurant chain operated by the Toridoll group, located along National Route 2 near Hyogo Driving School, about 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car or bicycle from Gochaku Station. Work includes welcoming customers, serving freshly fried tempura (prawns, vegetables, and more) with rice and miso soup, cashier (レジ reji) operation via touch panel, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba) using a dishwasher, and store cleaning. The kitchen has timed frying manuals (e.g. prawns: X minutes, pumpkin: Y minutes), so no prior cooking experience is needed. The store operates from 09:00-18:00, focused on the lunchtime period; shifts of just 3 hours per day from 2 days per week are available, making it suitable for homemakers and students who want to be home by evening. Weekday-only schedules (with weekends and public holidays off) are welcome. Minimum contract period is 3 months.
