Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Roppongi T-Cube, a udon restaurant chain operated by the Toridoll group, directly connected to Roppongi-Itchome Station on the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line, and 7 minutes walk from Roppongi Station. Duties are divided into small, manageable tasks - hall clearing, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), cashier (レジ reji) operation, and cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes. A thorough training (研修 kenshuu) system and detailed recipe manuals are in place, so no prior experience is needed. The shift is fixed at 10:00-15:00, weekdays only (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays off), making this ideal for those who want to be home by the afternoon. Minimum contract period is 3 months.
