Job Description:

Work at Marugame Seimen Kuroiso, located along Route 303 near the Kyokonsya intersection in Nasushiobara, preparing and serving udon noodles, tempura, and rice dishes. Duties are divided into clearly defined tasks - cooking, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), cashier, hall cleanup, and plating - so each role is easy to pick up from the start. Thorough training (研修 kenshuu) and task manuals are provided, making this suitable for first-timers and those returning after a career gap. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for just 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen worth of food. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is covered up to 50,000 yen per month, including gasoline costs for car and motorbike commuters. The Toridoll group staff discount gives up to 25% off at group restaurants, available for family and friends too. A family canteen scheme provides up to 10,000 yen per month in free meals for employees with children aged 15 and under. Minimum contract period of 3 months.
