Job Description:
Evening hall and kitchen staff at Tonkatsu Ton-ichi in front of Matsudo Station, a Toridoll Holdings group restaurant serving freshly fried tonkatsu in an open-kitchen setting. Kitchen duties include breading and frying tonkatsu, preparing rice and miso soup, cutting meat and vegetables, and dishwashing. Hall duties include serving customers and operating the touch-panel register. Recipes are clear and simple, and step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) is provided, so no experience is needed. Menus are relatively straightforward, making this a great first job. The shift is 18:00 to 23:00 with weekly scheduling (1週間毎のシフト制 isshuukan-goto no shifuto-sei), minimum 2 days a week and 3 hours a day. Minimum contract period is 3 months. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at just 120 yen. The Toridoll group 25% employee discount can be used at all group restaurants by family and friends. The family canteen programme provides up to 5,000 yen per month per child (aged 15 and under). JLPT N2 or equivalent Japanese conversation ability is required. Pay is calculated to the minute.

Late-night premium (22:00 onwards): 25% increase. Pay rise system with clear skill-based progression. Pay calculated to the minute.
