Job Description:

Hall and kitchen staff at a Marugame Seimen udon restaurant on the 4th floor of Aeon Mall Takanohara in Kizugawa, Kyoto, part of the Toridoll Holdings group. Duties are divided into clear steps: clearing tables, washing dishes, operating the register, and cooking udon, tempura and rice dishes. Each task is simple and manageable on its own. Thorough training (研修 kenshuu) and detailed recipes are provided, so no experience is needed. Staff aged from their teens to 60s work together in a collaborative atmosphere. Shifts run from 08:00 to 18:00 with weekly scheduling (1週間毎のシフト制 isshuukan-goto no shifuto-sei), minimum 2 days a week and 3 hours a day. Weekday-only (平日のみ heijitsu nomi) patterns with weekends off are welcome. Minimum contract period is 3 months. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at just 120 yen for 800 yen worth of food. The Toridoll group 25% employee discount can be used at all group restaurants by family and friends. The family canteen programme provides up to 10,000 yen per month per child (aged 15 and under). Motorbike commuting is accepted with fuel costs covered. No employee parking is available.

Wage:

1,150円 (per hour) Pay rise system with clear skill-based progression. Bonus system available. Pay calculated to the minute.
