Job Description:
Factory support work in Esaka, moving parts and collecting finished products. Duties also include assisting with the manufacturing process and packing items before shipping. No experience, qualifications or prior knowledge are needed, and the procedures are taught carefully. Women in their twenties to forties are active here and staff cover a wide range of ages. Two shifts are offered, 08:00 to 16:50 and 20:30 to 05:15, both with an 80 minute break, and overtime runs to around 30 to 40 hours a month. Saturdays and Sundays are off, with additional holidays at Golden Week, Obon and New Year. Weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) is available, and no resume (履歴書不要) is needed to apply. There is a canteen and lockers on site, a uniform (制服 seifuku) is lent, transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid within company rules, and motorbike commuting is allowed.
