Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Marugame Seimen Heguri store, a udon restaurant operated by Toridoll Holdings. Hall duties include clearing tables, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), and cashier (レジ reji) operations; kitchen duties include preparing udon noodles, tempura, and rice dishes according to set recipes. Work is divided into small, clearly defined tasks so each role is easy to learn; no experience is required as thorough training (研修 kenshuu) and complete recipes are provided. The shift window runs from 09:00 to 23:00 on weekdays and 08:45 to 23:00 on weekends and public holidays, with a flexible shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) allowing as little as 3 hours per day and 2 days per week. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00 onward. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120 yen per meal with up to 800 yen worth of food, and the family canteen system provides up to 10,000 yen per month per child for employees with children aged 15 and under.

Wage:

1,150円 (per hour) Late-night allowance 25% from 22:00 onward. Weekend and public holiday wage increase applies. Salary increase system available.
