Job Description:
Provide premium table service at a library-style luxury whisky bar and lounge near Omotesando, featuring over 1,300 whiskies from around the world including rare vintage bottles. Duties include welcoming guests, taking orders with whisky and wine pairing suggestions, preparing drinks, serving course meals, table setting and handling private events such as corporate parties and wedding after-parties. Monthly whisky study sessions are held where staff deepen their knowledge of world whiskies from Yamazaki and Hakushu to Scotch, Irish and American varieties. Through-shift workers receive free staff meals (まかない makanai). Partial uniform is provided -- vest and trousers are lent, but bring your own white shirt and black leather shoes. Prior experience at high-end restaurants or wine-serving establishments is required. Friday or Saturday availability is mandatory. Students with qualifying experience are also welcome. Dispatched through JW Solution (JTB Group) with structured hospitality training and quarterly follow-up sessions.
Wage:
1,800円 (per hour)
Deep-night premium (22:00-05:00): 25% uplift per labour law. Overtime premium available.
