Job Description:
Work at a 24-hour FamilyMart in the heart of Shinjuku, minutes from multiple major stations. Duties include register operations, fast food preparation, parcel handling, ticket sales, bill payments, stocking shelves, creating POP displays and cleaning. Four shift patterns cover all hours: morning (8:00-17:00), evening (17:00-22:00), overnight (22:00-05:00) and early morning (5:00-8:00). Shifts are self-reported every 15 days. The store has a relaxed, friendly vibe -- the manager takes a personality-first approach to hiring and is happy to chat about anything, not just shifts. Deep-night shifts (22:00-05:00) pay 1,688 yen including the 25% premium. Training is 7 days at the same wage. Trial short-term stints are also OK. Foreign nationals and international students are welcome. Hair style is free. Transportation costs are fully covered.
