Job Description:

This is a dispatch (派遣 haken) role picking, sorting, and packing industrial parts in a clean warehouse in Oshu city, Iwate. Work covers three stages: receiving and inspecting incoming parts; picking required parts based on outgoing orders; and sorting and packing picked items by destination for shipment. Large parts are always handled in pairs so no heavy single-person lifting is required, and the pace is calm and methodical — well suited to those who prefer focused, unhurried work. A pre-start workplace visit is available so you can see the environment before committing, and training is provided from day one. Advance pay (前払い maepayment) is available under company rules, and no resume or office visit is required — WEB registration is completed entirely online. Salary increases are available based on performance per company rules.

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) Overtime pay at ×1.25 (for hours over 8h/day or 40h/week); holiday rate ×1.35 (7th day of week from Monday); salary increase available (規定あり)
