Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Nagata Honjoken Kobe Harborland umie, a bokkake yakisoba (ぼっかけ焼きそば bokkake-yakisoba) specialty restaurant on the 4th floor of the umie NORTHMALL in Kobe Harborland, operated by Toridoll Holdings. Work involves welcoming guests, taking orders, cashier work on a touchscreen register, cooking assistance (noodle boiling, teppan grilling, topping), dishwashing using an industrial dishwasher, and keeping the counter and kitchen clean. All menu items have full recipes, and step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) is provided — the majority of current staff started with no restaurant experience. Weekday shifts run 08:00–18:00 and weekend shifts run 08:00–21:00, from 3 hours a day and 2 days a week, with flexible scheduling for students, homemakers, and freeters. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120 yen per meal, and a family canteen card provides up to 5,000 yen per month per child (for staff with children aged 15 and under). JLPT N2 or above is required as the role involves Japanese-language customer service. Pay is calculated per minute.
