Job Description:

This is an ice cream manufacturing line support role at a production facility in Nada Ward, Kobe, placed through Sougou Career Option dispatch agency. Work involves setting cups and sticks into machines at designated positions, inspecting whether picks (spoons) and trays are correctly set, selecting and processing defective items, and occasionally loading raw ingredients (up to 10 kg). All tasks follow a clear manual and parts are lightweight — no heavy lifting is required, making it accessible for those with no manufacturing experience. Three shift patterns are available: 07:00–15:15, 08:30–16:45, and 10:00–18:15, covering Monday through to weekends (5 days per week including Saturdays and Sundays on rotation). Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available so wages can be received promptly, and no resume or in-person agency visit is needed to register. The finished product is a familiar convenience store ice cream brand — staff find it satisfying to see the completed goods.
