Job Description:
This is a kitchen staff position at a library-concept whisky bar and restaurant in Minami-Aoyama, Minato Ward, Tokyo, a 2-minute walk from Omotesando Station, placed through JW Solution dispatch agency. Work covers full kitchen duties including prep, stove cooking, plating of European-style course meals and à la carte dishes, menu development assistance, ingredient inventory management, and kitchen cleaning. High-grade ingredients are used — Yonezawa pork, lobster, US Prime beef — with strong emphasis on food and beverage pairing; monthly whisky study sessions are held for staff wanting to deepen their knowledge. Shifts are available within 10:00–22:30 (6–8 hours actual work with 1.5–2 hours break), lunch-only or dinner-only options can be discussed; 3 to 5 days per week, fixed day schedules negotiable. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided for through-shift workers. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available through the agency, and a Daimaru Matsuzakaya department store shopping discount (10% off) is provided as a JW Solution staff benefit. At least 1 year of Western restaurant cooking experience with stove-position capability is required.
