Job Description:
This is an overnight floor cleaning role at Matsuya Foods restaurant branches throughout the Tokyo area, operated by MTT Co., a maintenance subsidiary of the Matsuya Foods Holdings Group. Working in pairs, you will drive to 2 to 3 restaurants per night, clean floors using a specialist vacuum machine, and apply wax to leave floors gleaming. Driving a company vehicle (Town Ace or HiAce size) is part of the role; those with experience driving larger vans are especially welcome. No prior floor cleaning experience is needed — senior staff will teach you step by step over approximately 1 month of training at full base rate from day one. After your shift, you receive a meal voucher redeemable at Matsuya and Matsunoya restaurants. Full-time employee promotion is available for those who want long-term stability.
Wage:
1,800円 (per hour)
Deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate): 2,250円/hr for 22:00-05:00 (base x 1.25). Salary increase (昇給 shokyu) available.
