Job Description:

This is a metal product manufacturing assistant role at a factory in Kawanishi City, Hyogo, a 10-minute walk from Kita-Itami Station. Work involves hooking metal products onto fixtures, performing simple visual inspection of finished products, and attaching accessories to products. No heavy lifting is involved and tasks are straightforward, making this suitable for those with no prior factory experience. The shift runs weekdays from 08:30 to 17:00 (7.5 hours actual work); weekends, public holidays, and major holiday periods (year-end/new year, GW, summer) are all off. A daily payment (日払い hibarai) and advance payment (前払い maewatashi) system are both available under company rules.
